Domgasse No 9 is in Vienna’s central downtown location and has 5 exclusive and ultra-modern apartments. The existing attic was rebuilt into two storys and almost every apartment on the topmost floor now features a roof terrace.

Scope of Services
We were contracted to install the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system and sanitary facilities.

Highlights
The corner house of Domgasse 9/ Grünangergasse 2/ Schulerstrasse 14 was built in 1899.It has a particularly striking and richly articulated facade and two corner towers along with so-called “Ziergaupen“.

The facade bears a plaque stating both the use of the building  for the University’s school of law from 1389 to 1765 and the former location of two chapels dedicated to St Ivo.
