PROJECT
The project, located in the most dynamic real estate development area in Romania, consists of 2 office buildings:

– FCC Sky Tower – the highest building in Romania (137 m height, 38 floors, approx. 75,000 sqm)

– FCC Office – building of 7 floors (approx. 25,000 sqm)

The project includes
We have been contracted by STRABAG – one of the largest European constructors – as General Contractor for installation works. The project included the design, execution and commissioning of the following installations: electrical systems and low current, ventilation, heating, cooling, fire protection, sanitary and BMS.
