The Belvederegasse is located in the heart of Vienna’s 4th district. We were contracted to modernize the heating plant of house No 39.

Scope of Services
The scope of our services comprised the complete rebuilding of  the technical systems, gas boiler, pumps, balancing of the systems and control engineering as well as the structural renovation of the floor and walls.

Highlights
Gas condensing boiler – This new technology  succeeds in withdrawing the heat contained in the exhaust gases almost entirely  and transforming it into thermal heat.
