Project

Quality and reliability of the LSG Group has once again been recognized at international tenders that resulted in contractual work on the building for the Ministry of Finance in Skopje. Consortiums LSG Building Solutions, DOOEL Skopje in cooperation with LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. Zagreb and LSG Group Vienna with the support of local partners was engaged as the main contractor on the building for the Ministry of Finance RM. Value of contract was circa  13m € net value.

Scope of Works

LSG Group was engaged as the main contractor for all the construction works and execution of all mechanical and electrical installation of the building.

Electrical works connection:                     1,25 MW

Ventilation capacity:                                50000 m3

Cooling/heating capacity:                           1,3 MW

Highlights

In this project the challenge was in terms of logistics due to the location of the building, which is located in the centre of Skopje as well as the ventilated baroque façade which belongs to the group of highly energy-efficient facades. With this fact and installation of the most sophisticated BMS building management system, this facility, we can proudly place in the group of highly energy-efficient “green buildings.„
