Project
The residential complex consists of 22 apartments offering sizes  from 58 to 150m² each with either balcony, roof terrace and individual gardens. The theme of this unique building is

“superior living“. The project “Park Living” bears the unique possibility of residing in a representative classic building while enjoying state-of-the-art construction.

Scope of Services
We were contracted to install the heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, the sanitary facilities as well as the automation of the building services. We used BECKHOFF hardware and software and implemented  a state-of-the-art visualization. Meters for cold and warm water supply and for thermal energy were integrated. The use of M-Bus protocol enables the building management system to centralize the reading and processing of all relevant data.
