In the summer of 2018, a business-technical cooperation with Sparkasse Bank Macedonia AD commenced with the signing of the first contract. After the works were completed on time, the collaboration continued with new orders and contracts for the adaption and renovation of the offices.
Scope of works
Adaptation of the premises at the new location of Sparkasse Bank in Macedonia, Negotino branch. The contract included the complete execution of construction works, electrical and mechanical installations.
Branch Office S LEASING Skopje (construction works, electrical and mechanical installations; completion of works 01/2019)
Branch office of Gjorge Petrov Skopje (construction works, electrical and mechanical installations; completion of works 02/2019)
Renovation and adaption of the business premises within the Bank’s Central Directorate building in Skopje (construction works, electrical and mechanical installations; completion of works 09/2019)
Highlights
In the meantime, a contract has been signed for the maintenance of HVAC and electrical installations at all Sparkasse Bank AD branches and facilities throughout the Republic of Northern Macedonia, which is still in force today.
