Together with TGA the whole technical systems (electrical and HVACS) were erected. This residential area consists of two new buildings with three staircases and an existing building which was general refurbished. Underneath the residential complexes a private and a commercial garage were established.

Highlights
This residential complex under structural inclusion of the existing building was raised on the area of Sechskrügelgasse 4 / Pfarrhofgasse 2A at the spot of the former tennis court. Private relaxing zones, garden spaces and children’s playground are reserved for apartment owners.
