LSG Building Solutions SRL has started this summer, as EPC, a new project in the area of renewable energies. The GLYPTODON project is located in Timis county, Sanandrei locality, consisting of a mixed power plant, photovoltaic park of 56MWp to which is connected a battery energy storage system, having a capacity of 68.8 MWh.
In addition to the works related to the mixed power plant, LSG is responsible for building the 110kV high-voltage transformer station with a 63MVA transformer, the 110kV IN-OUT high voltage connection station and the 110kV underground power cable line with a length of approximately 6.5km.
With this new project, the company expands its activity in the area of medium and high voltage electrical installations, the necessary authorizations being obtained in 2023.
If the Megalodon project represented for Romania a pioneer in the field of battery energy storage systems, Glyptodon will be the largest battery energy storage system in Romania (68.8MWh).
The chosen solution will use containerization systems, equipped with batteries with LFP (Lithium-iron-phosphate) technology connected to centralized inverters.
The deadline for the completion of the project is December 2024.
LSG Building Solutions successfully continues the good collaboration with Cineplexx by opening the fourth cinema. After Satu Mare, Sibiu and Târgu Mureș, the latest Cineplexx, located in Promenada Mall Craiova, was inaugurated on 05/07/2024.
With a capacity of over 600 seats, the project contains five cinema halls (including a packed hall) and rooms with related functions (foyer area, popcorn, office area, storage spaces, etc.). It was a new challenge for LSG Building Solutions! We managed to meet both the quality requirements and the tight deadlines established by the contract, through team work and a sustained mobilization.
After an incredibly long period for obtaining all the approvals and the building permit for the Vienna Parkside Residence project, we are happy to announce that the execution works have started on 05/08/2024. The project, will be developed in two phases on an area of 20.000 square meters, divided in 3 buildings with over 600 apartments and studios, underground and above-ground parking for both residents and visitors, relaxation and commercial spaces including a restaurant.
LSG Building Solutions is the general contractor and promises that this project will stand out in the residential landscape through quality, sustainability, high energy efficiency and renewable energy. We comply with nZEB rules and are pre-certified GREEN HOME, and the uniqueness of our project is the implementation of a photovoltaic system for each apartment with two or three rooms, connected to its own electrical panel, turning the tenants into energy prosumers.
This achievement is possible thanks to the experience gained by LSG Group in the renewable energy projects, developed over so many years.

The contracted works on Lesnina XXXL and Mömax in Belgrade have been completed and on 13.06.2024. Lesnina is open to visitors. The work began in October 2023, and the new project on 30.000 m2 can offer the most modern and high-quality furniture, as well as household equipment from the world’s most famous brands.
Lesnina XXXL is located in Prekonoška street 36, across from the Kvantaška market in New Belgrade, and is designed as the most modern sales center for furniture and household equipment in the region. There is a sales area on the ground and first floor, and a warehouse on the second floor. About 100 km of cables were installed. The cooling power is about 600 kW.
LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. was responsible for all electrical installations (power installations, structural cabling, automatic fire detection system, sound system, etc.), ventilation, plumbing and sewage, heating, cooling and sprinklers.

The Joint Merger Plan (at the same time the Merger Agreement) together with all the necessary documents was submitted to the Commercial Court in Vienna on March 19, 2024 under number 75 Fr 10567/24 z – 2 and the Commercial Court in Zagreb on April 12, 2024 under number Tt-24/15980.

SENS LSG GmbH with LSG Building Solutions GmbH started building the third project of a Bulgarian customer in February.
Dalgo Pole C with 92 MWp is the largest order received so far in this partnership. The construction work is progressing well!
In the end, 160,000 modules, 1.3 million meters of DC cable and 2,300 tons of substructure will have been installed!
Completion is scheduled for July 2023, after a construction period of only 6 months.

After the purchase of Ohridska Banka AD (part of the Societe General Bank Group) by Sparkasse AD in 2018 and after the merging of these two banks in the Republic of Northern Macedonia in 2021, a new large banking entity Sparkasse AD Skopje was created, which belongs to the top 5 banks in the Republic of Northern Macedonia.
In May 2021, LSG Building Solutions DOOEL and Sparkasse AD Skopje signed a new general contract for the execution of the construction and installation works for all future needs of the new bank in the entire territory of the Republic of Northern Macedonia. In the next two years until June 2023, LSG GROUP will perform all these works as the main contractor in accordance with the needs of the bank.
Since the beginning of this year, works on the reconstruction of bank branches in Bitola, Prilep, Veles and Skopje (BEKO branch) have been successfully completed in a very short time.
LSG GROUP is looking forward to further cooperation with Sparkasse AD Skopje and wishes the new bank in the Republic of Northern Macedonia a lot of success in its further work and development.
Thanks to the first completed Scania project in Lučko, Zagreb – Croatia, work has been contracted on a new Scania project in Maribor in our neighboring Slovenia.
It is a building of a truck sales and service agency in Maribor. The works of reconstruction of all mechanical and electrical plants (automation for mechanical equipment) have been contracted.
The project includes the reconstruction of the existing building on 3000 m2.
The works started in May 2024, and the planned completion is September 2024.
