The Joint Merger Plan (at the same time the Merger Agreement) together with all the necessary documents was submitted to the Commercial Court in Vienna on March 19, 2024 under number 75 Fr 10567/24 z – 2 and the Commercial Court in Zagreb on April 12, 2024 under number Tt-24/15980.

Green traction current in Carinthia – ÖBB builds Austria’s first agrivoltaic system for railroad current!
Green energy can be so beautiful. The combination of solar energy and shaded pastures for agriculture is impressive. Austria’s first agri-photovoltaic system produces 15 GWh of energyday per year and also provides shade for around 6,000 chickens and 60 sheep. Biodiversity was also taken into account with trees and flower strips.

SENS LSG GmbH with LSG Building Solutions GmbH started building the third project of a Bulgarian customer in February.
Dalgo Pole C with 92 MWp is the largest order received so far in this partnership. The construction work is progressing well!
In the end, 160,000 modules, 1.3 million meters of DC cable and 2,300 tons of substructure will have been installed!
Completion is scheduled for July 2023, after a construction period of only 6 months.
SENS LSG News
After the purchase of Ohridska Banka AD (part of the Societe General Bank Group) by Sparkasse AD in 2018 and after the merging of these two banks in the Republic of Northern Macedonia in 2021, a new large banking entity Sparkasse AD Skopje was created, which belongs to the top 5 banks in the Republic of Northern Macedonia.
In May 2021, LSG Building Solutions DOOEL and Sparkasse AD Skopje signed a new general contract for the execution of the construction and installation works for all future needs of the new bank in the entire territory of the Republic of Northern Macedonia. In the next two years until June 2023, LSG GROUP will perform all these works as the main contractor in accordance with the needs of the bank.
Since the beginning of this year, works on the reconstruction of bank branches in Bitola, Prilep, Veles and Skopje (BEKO branch) have been successfully completed in a very short time.
LSG GROUP is looking forward to further cooperation with Sparkasse AD Skopje and wishes the new bank in the Republic of Northern Macedonia a lot of success in its further work and development.
With the company Lesnina S d.o.o. Belgrade, is contracted the design and execution of the new Lesnina and Mömax sales center in Ul. Selo 68227/1 in Belgrad. The area of the center will be approximately 30.000 m2.
LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. is responsible for all electrical installations (power installations, structural cabling, automatic fire detection system, sound system, etc.), ventilation, plumbing and sewage, heating, cooling and sprinklers.
The start of the works is in October 2023 and the planned completion in April 2024.
The arrival of Lesnina and Mömax in Belgrade will surely make the people of Belgrade happy because, first of all, they bring new jobs, but also novelties for furnishing the home that Lesnina and Mömax have to offer.
LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has completed works in the Sinsay shops in Kruševac and Zemun. The investor for both premises was the company LPPSA.
Sinsay Zemun was opened at the end of September and lies on 1250 m2, and Sinsay Kruševac at the beginning of December 2022. and its area is approx. 1200 m2.
LSG was engaged to perform construction, electrical and mechanical installations. The works were completed on time and the premises were handed over to the investor.

LSG Building Solutions d.o.o. has completed work at Galileo, Starbucks and KFC at Ava Park Ikea in Belgrade. The investor for Galileo is Monile d.o.o. and for Starbucks and KFC Amrest d.o.o.
LSG was engaged in performing plasterboard, ceramic, house painting, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications works, water supply and sewerage, sound system and video surveillance in the premises. The works were carried out on time and the premises were handed over to investors.

LSG Building Solutions has signed a new contract, this time for the development of the COGNYTE ROMANIA, a space located within the premises of the U-Center 2 building, floor 1. It will have a total area of 1,250 sqm, and our company will handle both the delivery of the equipment as well as the realization of all installations.
The work started this month and is expected to be completed at the end of March this year. Customer satisfaction and the gratitude for our good results is both a goal itself and a real motivation for the LSG team.
