In early November 2021, LSG Building Solutions signed a contract with CVE RESIDENCE ALPHA for the design of the „Vienna Parkside Residence” residential complex. Our company will execute the technical project for all the design phases, including the structure, architecture and MEP, as well as the necessary documentation to obtain the required permits.

The residential complex will have a total area of about 65,000 square meters:
• 568 apartments;
• Underground and above-ground parking ~ 700 seats;
• Commercial spaces including a restaurant – approximately 2000sqm.

The underground floor will have a built area of approximately 12,000 square meters which will include parking spaces, ALA (civil protection shelter) and technical spaces.

The project will fully comply with nZEB standard (NEARLY ZERO ENERGY BUILDINGS) and the project will be also certified by the Romanian Green Building Council. Starting this year, nZEB standards are mandatory for all new construction’s and aim to improve energy and environmental performances. Regarding the GREEN HOMES certification, this is an important indicator of quality in terms of energy but also takes into consideration issues related to health, consumption and sustainability, which are landmarks that LSG intend to implement since they can no longer be ignored.
